Foundations Beginner Program – 7 Days (September 14-20)

Many people have always wanted to try Yoga, but don’t know where to begin. This program begins with all of the fundamentals in place – asana, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, and chanting. 7 days of learning a practice from the ground up. Special attention will be given to alignment and breath.
Inversions such as Shoulderstand, Headstand and Chakrasana will be taught. Arm balances of Crow and beginner-intermediate transitions will be taught.
At the end of the program, participants will feel confident and empowered in beginning their journey solo in the practice of Hatha Yoga.
3 meals/day provided.
What should I bring?
Yoga/fitness attire, Yoga mat, personal toiletries, shower towel, face napkin, water bottle.
WiFi is provided free of charge.
