Some experience of Yoga is encouraged before attending.
For those who feel they have fallen into the repetitive cycle of studio Yoga. And For those who feel like they want to make an apparent physical and mental change in their lives, the Transformation Program is ideal.
In this program, participants will be in 3 invigorating asana classes per day. Morning asana classes will open the day to greet the day and set the intention. Afternoon sessions will be focused around “working” into different postures through a start/stop process as well as featuring special inversions, arm balances, and transitions. Evening asana classes will be where the real “work” manifests.
Each day will feature progressive breath work sessions. Breath work is considered superior to asana, and following the morning asana sessions pranayma will penetrate deep into the mental impressions that prevent growth.
At the culmination of the program, participants will be lighter, stronger, and laser focused on their practice.
3 meals/day provided.
